I have not received my refund on my credit card yet. What can I do? .
If you pay by credit card, this amount will be refunded to your card. It usually takes about 3-15 business days for the money to arrive.
If the refund process is marked "completed", but it seems you have not received your money back to any post, please check your bank account first. Some refunds are placed on the purchase date.
For example (see pic below) the customer pays his order on the 15th. He applied for a refund two months later. However, the banks showed the repayment on the same day as their purchase.
If after carefully checking your bank statement (as suggested above), you still can not find your refund, please contact our customer service team.
1. Bank statements should have a formal stamp.
2. Please provide a bank statement from 2 days prior to the purchase date to 10 business days after (completed) the refund date.
For example, if you paid for an otfrt on November 11 and your refund was completed on November 24th, please send us a bank statement showing payment from November 9th - December 8th. 3. Mark the purchase of specific order in your bank statement so it's easy for us to find.
Why was my order confirmed after I was paid?
To ensure the safety of your payment, all Howdogcare Shop orders will be confirmed. If you pay your order by credit card, this process will take no more than 24 hours. Once your payment is verified, the seller will begin preparing the order for the shipment. If we can not verify your payment, your order will be automatically canceled.
If after 24 hours your order is still being verified, please contact us.
The products I received did not match the description. What can I do?
If you are not satisfied with the product you received, contact the store to agree on a solution.

Fill out your refund request and click Submit. Make sure you submit a request before the protection of your buyer has ended. Within 3 to 15 days we will consider your request to be appropriate and then we will complete your request.
Can I change order details such as size, shipping etc?
Unfortunately, details to not be able to be reviewed after an order has been successfully placed.
If you want to change anything about your order, you can try the following:
1. Ask the shop to cancel your order. Once your order has been successfully canceled, you can place a new order.
2. If your order has not been shipped out yet, you can contact the shop to change the order details for you.

I paid for my order. Why order status still says Waiting for payment?
Please check that you have a repeat order with the same price and same product from the store.
If you do not place any duplicate orders, please contact your card issuer to verify that the payment was actually extracted from your account. If your bank confirms that this amount is deducted by Howdogcare Shop, please contact us and give them your bank statement.
Normally, it will take 7 business days for us to receive your payment after your transfer. Please check your order status again within about 7 business days after your transfer.
The status of the goods should now change to pay. If this is not the case, please contact us and submit your bank transfer slip (containing some beneficiary accounts starting with 401).
How do I get a coupon back?
If you receive a full refund on a used order with the Shop.howdogcare coupon. Choose coupons, coupons (s) will be returned to you while they are still valid.
